1. USER INFORMATION
Who is the controller of your personal data?
Next RadarBasketball S.C. is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

We process personal data to provide and secure the website and its services. In particular, we may process data to:

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by completing forms and entering data in the fields marked as required, expressly accept that such data are necessary to handle their request (for example, account access or contacting us). Providing data in non-required fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
If you do not provide the minimum data required to deliver a requested function (for example, sign-in), we may be unable to provide that functionality.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with the GDPR and LOPDGDD for processing the personal data for which it is responsible, and applies the principles in Article 5 of the GDPR.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms, including measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
