Lithuanian forward Nedas Raupelis, who stood out this past summer at the FIBA U20 EuroBasket, has signed with the University of Rhode Island.
At Next Radar Basketball, our international scouting service evaluated Raupelis as a mid-level Division I prospect based on his performance profile, projection curve, and competitive impact at the youth international level.
The University of Rhode Island — currently ranked 190th among 354 NCAA Division I programs — clearly identified similar value in his long-term upside and competitive readiness.
We wish Nedas continued growth at the collegiate level and look forward to tracking his development.
