Founded by Tim Shea and Roberto Anidos, Next Radar Basketball adds a new client in the United States: Assist Sports Management, an agency specializing in the representation of professional basketball players and coaches worldwide.
With more than 40 years of experience and a presence across the NBA, WNBA, NCAA, and international basketball, Assist is adding NRB’s international scouting service to strengthen its ability to identify and evaluate talent outside the United States.
Next Radar Basketball’s work goes beyond technical evaluation. NRB combines scouting, Sports Psychology, projection, personal background, cultural fit, and market analysis, giving Assist a more complete view of international players and helping identify opportunities before they reach the broader market.
